Download CADCraft 0.5.0

Don’t want to install anything? Run CADCraft in your browser. It is the same app, compiled to WebAssembly. Choose the desktop app to open and save DWG files, plot layouts to PDF from the Print dialog, use your installed TrueType fonts in drawing text, and let agents drive it over MCP.

Windows

Installers and executables are code-signed. The installer adds CADCraft to the Start menu; the portable zip runs from any folder and also holds cadcraft-cli.exe. If the app doesn’t open, the project README explains the WGPU_BACKEND switch for affected AMD drivers.

Linux

The AppImage runs on most distributions and updates itself with AppImageUpdate; the Flatpak is sandboxed. The packages include cadcraft-cli. RISC-V builds need glibc 2.39 or newer (Ubuntu 24.04+, Debian 13+).

Verify your download

Each release publishes a SHA256SUMS.txt file. Compare it with the checksum of your file, for example shasum -a 256 cadcraft-0.5.0-macos-universal.dmg on macOS or Get-FileHash in PowerShell.
